From the application Table of Contents:
You can open and read the entire suite of detailed Help chapters from the Online Help table of contents.
- In the ERP Main application contents, click Online Help 
- In the SCM Main application contents, click Help.

You can get specific, context sensitive Help for any panel's fields, menus, and general functioning as follows:
In ERP, click the Help button at the top of the panel.
